Our Under 18s squad serves as the crucial bridge between youth football and the Thatcham Town first team. Competing in the Allied Counties Youth League, this is where young players hone their tactical awareness, physical presence, and technical skills to prepare for the demands of senior football.

We don't just develop young players; we trust them. During the 2025/26 season alone, four of our U18s made their senior first-team debuts. Incredibly, two of those players went on to establish themselves as first-choice starters in the first team all at just 17 years old. The future is bright at Thatcham Town
